Today I played with some of my Lawn Fawn stamps and decided to make a fun 21st Birthday card to enter in the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 3- Outstanding occasions. I love the way that the Lawn Fawn stamp sets have little bits that you can interchange around and they always seem to be the right scale, so I decided to make a 21st birthday background paper using some of the fun little bits and stamp ink colours to match the Lawn Fawn plaid paper. And I couldn’t resist the cute little elephant from the Elfie Selfie set to send “Big” congratulations.
Stamps: Background paper: Lawn Fawn Party Animal, Year Seven, Lets Bokeh, WPlus9 Everyday alpha. Main image: Lawn Fawn Elfie Selfie, Year Four, Party Animal, Yay Kites

Thanks for looking, and I hope that you have a great day.
Today I had a play with my, “just arrived in time for Easter”, newly released Lawn Fawn scalloped box die. And how could I not make it into anything else but an Easter box pop-up card with some cute little bunnies and lots of Easter eggs.
I had lots of fun creating this cute little scene, and the box die certainly made creating the box card so quick and easy.
Dies: Lawn Fawn Scalloped Box Pop-up card, grass edge die
Stamps: Lawn Fawn: Happy Easter, Hoppy Easter, Yay Kites, Year Four
Other: Copic markers, White embossing powder, Versamark and Memento black inks, coordinating plain and printed papers
Thanks for stopping by and hope that Easter Bunny hopped into your garden.

Today I have been inspired by two challenges, Scrapbook Boutique April 2017 Mood Board Challenge and Paper Smooches April 2017 challenge-Showers and have created a pastel rainbow card with sparkle.
The raindrops background was created using the Paper Smooches Luminous Spring stamp set and a variety of pastel inks. The clouds were stamped using the Luminous Spring and Paper Smooches Forest Whimsy stamp sets, silver heat embossed then filled with white glitter. The die cut rainbow card colours were made by swiping the stamp ink colours onto white card stock. The rainbow wishes sentiment was stamped and then heat embossed with clear sparkle embossing powder.
Stamps: Paper Smooches Luminous Spring, Paper Smooches Forest Whimsy
Dies: Die-namics stitched rainbow, stitched rectangle
Inks: Altenew rose quartz, blush, buttercream, soft lilac, sea glass, Colorbox pistachio, baby blue, Versamark, Kaleidacolor Calypso

Today I have been inspired by the Altenew Inspiration Challenge April 2017 to create a card for my Mum Mothers Day.
Using the inspiration colour scheme, I began by creating a pale yellow watercolour background. I then used Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks to create smooched blue and green backgrounds for the flowers and leaves. They were then white heat embossed, fussy and die cut, then brushed with clear Wink of Stella.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope that you have a great day.
Today I was asked to create a special 65th Wedding Anniversary card for life long friends of my Mother. Not knowing what 65 years commemorates, apart from being a very long time, I had to do a google to find out that it is “blue sapphire”. This set the colour for the card, and knowing that the couple are well into their 80’s I thought a simple romantic classic style.
Stamps: Stampin Up Baroque Motifs, Hero Arts Happy stamp & cut
Dies: Spellbinders Vines of Passion heart, WPlus9 Happy Trio
Inks: Pale Blue Pigment, Versamark
Other: Embossing Powders-Silver, Clear Holographic, Aqua foil board, white glitter card, mid blue card behind heart, deep blue card for happy shadow, crystal drops, coordinating envelope, acetate
Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope that your day is “happy”.

Whilst my DH was watching the Australian F1 Grand Prix today I decided to have a play with my new WPlus9 Feathers and Florals Stamp and Die set and create a CAS card.
Using a Zig brush marker I began by creating a blue smooshed watercolour splatter in the centre of the card. I stamped the sentiment several times using my Misti. The floral images were stamped twice, die cut then assembled in 3 layers with foam tape.
