MFT A-maze-ing Flower interactive card

Today I have been playing with the MFT Flower Shaker die set and have created an interactive maze card using the colours from the MFT Color Challenge #73 -tropical teal, coral crush, gravel grey and black.

I began by creating a soft coral crush watercolour background, a deeper coral flower petal paper which I embellished with Minc reactive mist and opal foil and a soft teal watercolour background for the leaves.

Unfortunately the card was a bit of a challenge to photograph and the detail of foil, metallic silver and glitter is not showing up.

Supplies used:
Stamps: MFT Birthday Wishes, MFT You’re Amazing, Lawn Fawn Elfie Selfie
Dies: MFT Shaker Flower
Inks: MFT Coral Crush, Tim Holtz Distress Oxide broken china, Black Memento, Versamark black
Other: Minc Reactive mist, Deco foil Opal, MFT Maze shape and sphere, silver acrylic paint, Tattered Angles glimmer mist dazzling diamonds, silver mirror card, grey card, watercolour paper, nuvo drops, Wink of Stella clear, washi tape, white embossing powder

Thank you so much for stopping by.

  1. I hear you with the photograph ‘challenge’, I’m sure sometimes I spend more time taking the photo than making the card lol. Foil and black cardstock are not my friends here. It truly does look a-maze-ing though Carol, what a fun design!
