A Splash of Thanks

Today I have been playing with my Altenew A Splash of Color stamp set to create a card for the Altenew May Challenge.

@Altenew-InspirationChallenge-May2017

I created the watercolour background using the stamp set and Tim Holtz distress inks. The thanks word was gold heat embossed and nestled between the two triangle corners spattered with the matching inks.

Supplies used:
Stamps: Altenew A Splash of Color, Altenew Halftone Thanks
Dies: Stitched triangles
Inks: Tim Holtz Distress Inks- spun sugar, picked raspberry, antique linen, shabby shutters
Other: Watercolour paper, textured white card, sequins

Thanks so much for stopping by.

  1. What a great design, I had to keep looking at the word ‘thanks’ to see how you had made it look a golden 3D and had fitted it so perfectly inside the watercoloured panels. WOW!
